Free Meal Service: Over 2 Million Meals Served
One of our proudest and most impactful initiatives is our free daily meal service, ensuring that no one in our community goes to bed hungry.
✅ Since August 21, 2009, we have been providing free meals to 250–300 people every single day—without missing a day.
✅ To date, we have served over 2 million meals to the needy, including orphans, widows, and the homeless.
✅ We also offer free catering services to families facing hardship, particularly when they lose a loved one, helping them in their most vulnerable moments.
✅ This initiative relies entirely on donations, and with your support, we can continue feeding even more people in need.

- Free Blood Donation Service
- 10,000+ bottles of blood have been donated to poor and needy patients.
- A growing network of 1,500 registered blood donors ensures a steady supply of lifesaving blood.
- Women Welfare Initiatives
To empower struggling women, we have:
- Arranged dowry for 50 underprivileged women to support their marriages.
- Provided 35 sewing machines and clothing materials to help women earn a living.
- Offered shelter and rehabilitation to numerous women in distress.
- Extended free legal aid to victimized women.
- Reuniting Lost Children with Families
- Successfully located and reunited 525 lost children with their families, in collaboration with government and media outlets.
- Medical Assistance for the Underprivileged
- Administered polio drops to 110,000+ children, along with food for their parents.
- Conducted 45,000+ free medical check-ups for those unable to afford healthcare.
- Organized eye camps for 23,600 patients, distributing medicines worth Rs. 300,000 and free eyeglasses to 350 individuals.
- Free Distribution of Essential Goods
- Provided clothing, flour, rice, sugar, and other food essentials on 50+ different occasions to struggling families.
- Environmental Initiatives
- Actively participated in government and NGO-led campaigns to make Islamabad and its surrounding areas clean, pollution-free, and human-friendly.
